Texas' Original Down River SUP Race

The charm of Bastrop and the Colorado River offer a unique paddling experience for average paddlers, elite paddlers, weekend warriors, and beginners alike.

       Fees: Adults $65      Youth (13-17)  $45

Mandatory Equipment

  • PFD

  • Whistle

  • 24 oz of water

PRE-RACE SHUTTLE

FREE SHUTTLE ***** Racers are responsible for transportation back to town from the finish line after the down river race.  We recommend having a board caddy meet you at the finish line with a vehicle.  If you do not have a board caddy, vans will run from the finish line back to the starting line prior to the race on Saturday afternoon so you can drop your vehicle at the finish line so it is waiting for you after the race.  Make sure to allow yourself enough time to shuttle your vehicle and catch the last bus at 8:00AM. ***** FREE SHUTTLE
